It was a complete pleasure to work with Nerida. She helped us all the way through the process from start to finish. Whether it was taking us too look at any place we were interested in, explaining the current market, as well as being patient with all our needs. The home we ended up purchasing we weren’t scheduled to see, but she knew it had essentially everything we were looking for so we added the appointment. She remained in constant contact with the lender to make sure they were doing their part to make our closing date. Behind the scenes she made sure everything was moving along smoothly. Can’t imagine having anyone else in our corner when it comes to the home buying experience.
