Without exaggeration, we think that, without Tom, we wouldn’t have gone as far as we did with the first house we attempted to buy (fell through because of lack of communication from the loan company and general unproffessionalism of everyone on the selling side) and we wouldn’t have been able to move in to our now current house in time before getting kicked out. Tom was absolutely on top of everything, giving important info as soon as possible and knowing exactly what to do to get us through it.
